would be very limited when hiring a few staff, they would not be able to reach the same advice on the same scale or gain the same level of response.
It is also possible that the recruitment company may also have greater professional knowledge of the recruitment processes and assessment of staff for short listing. The internet also has fewer
geographical barriers. 3. Monster.com is a recruitment agency, they are not a personnel agency. They may never meet many of the staff they have on their books looking for work.
