is to determine who the audience are. There are different audiences that will be impacted in different ways. The audience may consist of the media reporters, the customers who have
drunk the milk, other customers, potential customers as well as suppliers and other buyers such as retailers. The commutations made need to address the different needs by looking these
individually and what the concerns they will have will be. The Media The media are a main communication route by which the majority of the audience will hear
about the crisis. They may not be directly effected, however it is possible that they may be due to the high number of effected customers., The interests of the journalists
and then media are in the way that they report the sporty. They are commercial organisation and they will want to attract attention. The way that the media reports the
story can have a major impact on the way in which the audience will interpret the way in which the company is acting and reacting and impact on their view.
Customers The next audience are the customers who have drunk the milk, many may be ill, but many more may not be ill. The first concerned those who
are not ill is whether they have drunk the infected milk or not and whether or not they will become ill. They may also be concerned about the milk they
have bought and not yet drunk and want to know if this is potentially contaminated. The customers who have drunk the milk
