paper examines, for the most part, the ways in which Middle Eastern and Western teenagers differ as it relates to things like morals, values, and ethics. Middle East
and Western Teenagers When speaking of both Middle Eastern and Western cultures one must perhaps understand that both cultures possess many different cultures within their particular location. For example, Western
culture involves Europe as well as the United States. It involves Canadian culture as well as German culture. In the Middle East there is Israel as well as Iraq and
Jewish people as well as Christians, alongside the Muslims and the Buddhists. In essence, there is no simple cut and dried Western or Middle Eastern culture. There are bound to
be major differences in Middle Eastern teenagers based on various cultural elements as well as many differences in Western teenagers based on the same. It seems, however, that perhaps religion
has a very big role to play when speaking of the morals, values and ethics of all teenagers, and especially teenagers in relationship to the Middle East (where religion is
far more influential) and the United States (where religion is not a major influence). It is perhaps also important to understand that the cultures, when broadly discussed, offer very
different societies to the teenagers. For example, a teenager in the United States or Europe is far more likely to see many sexual and violent images on television and all
around them than teenagers in the Middle East. They likely have far more access to many things, and ideas, that allow the teenager to have less morals, values and ethics
