and software that are utilized by hundreds of millions of computer and internet users each and everyday. Over the years, its most profitable software systems have been Microsoft Windows Operating
System and Microsoft Office, which contains the programs Microsoft Word, Excel Outlook and Power Point. Microsoft Word remains one of, if not, the worlds leading software programs for people who
use word processors. However, the user guide or manual that accompanies the program, which is overall pretty simple to read and navigate, has come under some recent criticism in regards
to its organization, layout and lack of visuals and written instructions. In fact, some people have gotten extremely frustrated with the manual that they try and call the help center
but have to experience long waits on hold and rarely are their questions ever answered appropriately. Plus, they may have to pay up to $35 each time they decide to
make a call, even though they have already purchased the product and agreed to the terms and conditions (Kohl, 2000). This frustration can cause people to return the product and
they can also influence potential buyers from refraining from purchasing any sort of Microsoft product. For example, it appears no organization methods were set in place when writing the
