group of users for this application are desktop users, such as individuals or small workgroups who use databases which measure megabytes (Microsoft, 2002). This is an application that will work
well as the front and IDE for use in client or server databases (Kaufmann, 2002).Overall functionality is more than just as a data management application, but also to store procedures,
manage table definitions, index and perform other database management systems that are needed for the DBA (Kaufmann, 2002). The architecture of the application is as a file server instead
