their health. What is Metabolic Syndrome? Metabolic syndrome is the term applied to people who have "several disorders of the bodys metabolism at the same time" (The metabolic syndrome).

(The metabolic syndrome). The syndrome, which is also called "insulin resistance syndrome" and "syndrome X" is serious "because its components can lead to complications including hardening of the arteries and
