opportunities the first step is that of marketing, identifying the markets and the section of the market where the company can adequately satisfy customer needs. One growing sector is that
of the IT service sector, and with recent moves by companies such as Dell, moving their technical help lines to the area, this may be seen as an expanding market
where project construction companies may have a market in which to market their services. To market to this potential demand there are several resource implications. The market will only
be valuable if the company can supply that market, this means that they will have to be able to obtain the correct resources efficiently, either locally, or in such a
manner that the resources may be transported without placing the company at a cost disadvantage other competitors or potential competitors in the market (Kotler, 2000, Thompson, 1998). Resources will vary,
these may be seen as physical resources, such as raw materials. The transportation of raw material, such as the concrete and steel to build a technical call centre. In many
instances these will need to be brought in. This also means there will need to be the resource of an infrastructure to allow transportation and also to support the construction.
This will also include not only the presence of resources such as electricity, but the quality of those resources. To market to company in a country, or looking to set
up in a country where these required resources are absent is one that may be a waste of time. There are also other resources that are required, such s the
