Situational Analysis. The current situation of the Hurricane school is one that shows the development lifecycle, with the movement from the growth stage to a stage closer to maturity. When the school started it was experimental and the current director, Peter Willauer was the founder of the school, which has existed since 1965, and unlike many other schools in the same or a similar market Willauer is the only founder that remains in charge of the school more than twenty years later. 2.1 Current Market and Marketing The school operates in the outward bound market.
