recent years, companies have also come to understand that people are their greatest asset (Spafford, 2003). Companies need to have the right people in the right jobs for the company
to be successful and profitable. Processes relate to how things get done. When processes are standardized, it is easier for people to perform their jobs better and it is easier
to document and share the outcomes (Spafford, 2003). This author also points out that when the processes have very few variables, it is much easier to identify and isolate problem
areas (Spafford, 2003). It is also easier to innovate different processes that will result in greater productivity and efficiency. Technology is a given in todays world. Technology can help
