paper, well introduce our zeppelin advertising concept. What weve done with this is combine the fascination most people have with flying things (i.e., those huge blimps that fly around sports
events), and combine it with digital technology to form a unique method of presenting a message. Even better, it ends up being very cost-effective for the potential advertiser looking for
a new medium in which to promote a specific product or service. Product Overview The product in question is actually
a service. We would be offering advertising in a unique and interesting format; namely using small zeppelins with screens. The screens involve the latest in LED digital technology (similar to
what is used on the digital scoreboards and on the larger promotional blimps). The ad would change every minute to two
minutes, with the idea that the advertiser could get up to 20 minutes of exposure in a given hour. The plan
is to launch this service in three secondary markets, then obtain feedback by having the advertisers involved handing out surveys. If the service is successful, then a regional, and national,
rollout will be considered. More about this will be discussed further down in this business plan. Competitive Advantage There are several
