CRG appears to be offering a variety of products and services for real estate clients. On the product side, the company is offering both tax certificate purchase and distressed property
purchase, and contact sales. Under the latter, the categories include pre-foreclosures, foreclosures, bank REO properties and fast-track demolitions. Whats lacking here is the specific type of purchases to be made,
but well assume its for multifamily residential properties with some commercial thrown in. On the service side, CRT can provide commercial construction/general
contracting, residential real estate development (with some commercial folded in, depending on the project, and commercial and residential property management. What is
not clear here is whether CRG moves into single-family homes at all. But given that most commercial developers steer clear of single-family product (as its a whole different animal), well
base this study on commercial and high-density resident. Other things that would need to be considered are the location of this company
and its target market, as well as any potential competition. Pricing Pricing is one of those tricky things in marketing. Price
a product or service too high, and you end up pricing yourself right out of the market. Make it too low, and the target market will wonder about the quality.
