with EnviroTech will be completed soon. It seems as though weve been hammering out this merger forever, but its all over except for the shouting. The only thing thats left
is to dot the "is" and cross the "ts." The addition of some stellar quality staff to our InterClean family will be very
helpful, especially as we move toward a more consultative model of selling and assisting our customers. There is little doubt, however, that EnviroTechs culture is different from ours. As a
result, you, as the supervisory team, will have to help ensure that both cultures are well-integrated and able to function effectively. In short, we dont want anyone feeling left out,
angry or unhappy as a result of this merger. The very good news is that no one is losing his/her job as a result of the merger - so there
should not be any resentment, or fear, or any such negative emotions from any of you or your staff. There will be changes, yes. But no one is losing his
