are going to be handled by dependable people. So, assuming that the intern is dependable, then there are likely to be a
vast array of responsibilities which he/she will encounter. One of the most important jobs will likely be dealing in a number of ways with the customers of the business.
This is essential to the operation because without customers, the business does not succeed. It is important then for the intern to exhibit excellent skills when working with
others. Interactions with customers are likely to range from sales, to answering inquiries, to customer service and handling complaints.
This obviously represents a wide range but these things are all likely to be encountered on a daily basis. These all represent excellent learning opportunities because customer service is
