capital Seoul; after expansion from that city Seoul still will serve as the primary distribution center for other parts of South Korea. The purpose here is to determine the
best choices among the fine points of moving product from Turkey to South Korea. High-Level View As stated in a previous paper, South
Korea is the choice for selling Acmes new technology products because of its characteristics. Business conditions are reasonable; the people have the disposable income needed to purchase the product;
South Korea has a highly stable political environment; and it holds a favorable view of business. The one drawback of choosing South Korea
is that it holds 40th place on the Corruption Perceptions Index 2005 list (Transparency International Corruption Perceptions Index 2005, 2005). The Corruption Perception Index is a measure of attitudes
and opinions only, but it measures the attitudes and opinions of those directly involved in international business. Acme will have no need to take any direct action in response
to South Koreas place on the Index, it only needs to be aware that corruption could become a problem that the company will need to address.
Turkey will be the site of the new production facility. Turkeys economy is developing rapidly, but at present Acme may need to ship some or all
