determine a greater understanding the impact of color upon the individual. It analyzes how the trio of color properties - hue, intensity, and value - influences human reactions to
various stimuli and their interactions with others. Interior design focuses heavily upon the psychological impacts of color, particularly within a home environment since people envision home as an embracing
sanctuary from external anxieties. How can an individual know which colors are most suitable for their particular home d?cor? When selecting colors for the home, practicality is, of
course, a consideration, but so are spatial perceptions and the feelings these colors generate (Hansen 38). Most experts agree that color
