letter it is written in first person. Mr. James A. Marcum CIRCUIT CITY 9950 Mayland Drive Richmond, VA 23233 Dear Mr. Marcum: Im writing because of an unfortunate
incident that took place in your store in Jantzen Beach, Portland, Oregon, on February 13, 2009. I was in the store to buy a cassette tape player, which admittedly is
out-of-date now, but the person I send tapes to is elderly and this is the best means of communication. Following your system, which is cumbersome in my opinion, I
took the ticket to the pick-up counter where I waited for quite a long time for service (I was the only customer). I could see two of the clerks talking
in the back room but had no way of getting their attention. When a young man finally came out he took the ticket, looked at it, looked at me and
said, "That is so ten years ago!" I was surprised by his remark, which was a put-down and not meant in fun, but said nothing. He disappeared, again for
a very long time, and then came back out with the wrong item. When I pointed that out, he argued with me, until I took the box and the slip
and showed him that he had pulled the wrong stock. He literally snatched the box away from me, slammed through the door into the back, and left me standing. Finally,
after a full 15 minutes I went looking for another clerk to find this young man, only to be told that he had gone to lunch! At that point I
left the store and will not return. I understand Circuit City is closing its doors, so writing this letter may be a moot point. However, I feel you deserve to
