win the case. There may be a pre trial discovery where both sides obtain evidence regarding the events and then each side can make motions to reduce the scope of
the case. The next stage is the court hearing which will be followed by a judgement. Following this there may be post trial appeals and motions. The final stage will
be the collecting of the judgements. 3). The case brought by John indicates that there was a mistake made, the verbal agreement had an agreed price of $30,000, but
