computer technology. Qualities of Leadership According to Smith (1998), one way to view leadership of the future is to look at how that individual has been involved in leadership roles
in the past. Have they been involved in their social or religious community? Have they taken on some task because they thought it would better some part of
their life or the life of those around them? A leader has the "capacity to create or catch vision." In other words a leader has the ability to ask,
"what if?" This can be as simple, as turning a piece of metal by one sixteenth of a degree, or viewing, something as its mirror reflection to see if
any new ideas are created when looking at in a physically different manner. We should also note that a leader has the ability to communicate that same sense of
