Said Peter Drucker, who died in 2005 at the age of 95, earned the title "the worlds most influential business guru . . . whose thinking transformed corporate management" (Sullivan
2005, p. B06). Drucker published his first book in 1939, "The End of Economic Man: The Origins of Totalitarianism." Winston Churchill read it and insisted that every new British officer
read it (Sullivan 2005). It was Drucker who coined the terms "knowledge worker" and "management by objectives" and it was also Drucker who pioneered the ideas of the corporation as
a social institution, decentralization and managing for the long-term (Sullivan 2005). It was the publication of Druckers "The Concept of the Corporation" that "launched the field of management and essentially
