is certainly true of Abraham. It is also true that Abrahams temperament was choleric. Both the entrepreneur leader and the choleric temperament incorporate the characteristics of being independent, taking risks,
being practical, possessing the ability to make decisions quickly and being strong-willed. He was 75 years old when he took his wife, nephew, and the rest of his family,
taking all of their possessions and left the safety of their home for the land of Canaan (Genesis 12:4-5). An entrepreneurial leader may have the Spiritual Gift of Evangelism
bestowed on them through the Holy Spirit. This gift affords the person with the ability to persuade others. This leader could also have the Gift of Prophecy or even the
Gift of Exhortation. Since his wife and nephew and the rest of the people already believed in a single God, Abraham did not really need either of those gifts.
Like a transformational or entrepreneurial leader, Abraham was able to persuade his wife and family that moving was what God wanted them to do and they had to do it.
We could also point out that Abraham was following the Law of Dreams. This was realized when they arrived in Egypt as Abraham became wealthy. Abraham saw the entire venture
and command as a problem to solve and he did so. Those are the strengths of the entrepreneurial leader: a dream, a strong vision to which he is committed, passion
about the task, the ability to recognize a problem and solve it, and the ability to persuade others to adopt the vision as well as the risks that go with
