in that direction (Analytic Technologies, 2004). Survey scores suggest this leader is a bit introverted by nature (Dubrin, 2010, p. 461). She also prefers to have data before making
decisions. She also focuses on the task and perseveres through the completion of that task. However, she realizes that one can never have all the information and data and she
will make timely decisions based on the best available data and information. These scores suggest an analytical mind as well as tenacity. This leader may need to focus on being
more extroverted if the natural introversion in private life intrudes on the professional life. If the individual adopts a different persona in professional life, there is no problem. This
individual is also a typical Type A personality. This has many benefits insofar as things get done but there are many negative outcomes for this personality, including a lack of
satisfaction because they think more needs to be done. It will also take its toll on the leaders health and general outlook on life. This person needs to find ways
to temper this type of work personality and make room in life for recreation and to also develop a different mindset that recognizes there is always more to do but
the leader must be able to say, thats enough. While a strong achievement drive is essential for successful leadership, balance is also essential. Some Type A personalities tend to
