summarized as follows: CORE BELIEFS * ? What people do and how they feel about it are the keys to success. * ? Each individual has potential, and it is the
leaders role to create an environment that exposes each persons potential (Osborne PG). Accomplished through training, assessment and encouragement, this, in turn, builds an environment of trust. * "? An
environment of trust leads to more risk-taking, innovation, and creativity. The empowerment to solve problems produces better solutions," which will be reflected in greater performance (Osborne PG). * ? All
of these combine to create a culture of shared values, quality performance and company success. As this set of core beliefs show, the key to good leadership
is the ability of the leader to bring out the risk-taking, problem-solving, and creative potential in every single person within the company. While each individual is encouraged, or
empowered, to perform at peak levels through skills training and assessment, the overall value is to the company. The end result is that the company functions as a unit,
