that leaders have vision, set the direction for the organization, and are able to influence others to follow that direction (2004). Leadership then is about directing, influencing, guiding and setting
the course (Analytic Technologies, 2004). A quick scan of scores of all tests reveals a person: who tends to be introverted, who tends to rely on data for making
decisions, and who will focus on a task and persevere to its conclusion. People who are uncomfortable making decisions until they have all the hard facts will have a difficult
time managing in an ambiguous environment. Reviewing the lists provided at the beginning, this student will need to change in order to be an effective leader. the positive characteristics the
student possesses includes: persistent and tenacity as well as an analytical mind. We not also that the students basic personality is identified as agreeableness. This high a score would suggest
a tendency to avoid conflict and confrontation, rather the student may compromise to be agreeable and not rock the boat. The low score on openness to new experiences will
not be helpful in the role of leader, which supports the suggestion the student is introverted and not very outgoing. This is further supported by the results of the Jungian
assessment, which is ISTJ, introverted sensing with extraverted thinking. The student is logical, rational and analytical in his thinking process and most likely prefers to work alone rather than in
