regarding developing leadership skills through proposing a plan and then looking at behavioral/leadership goals that would assist the individual in acquiring and succeeding in the ultimate position of a marketing
manager in the pharmaceutical industry. The paper is something of a tutorial/instructional presentation of possibilities for such an individual. Leadership Project Plan
One of the first things proposed for learning about leadership skills and developing leadership skills involves helping people with their own goals in a similar career. The first step
of such a process would clearly be to network, which is considered to be one of the most important aspects concerning seeking success in todays world. It seems that in
many cases people who do not network will not find success because it has become a very powerful and integral part of any business or career plan.
In developing a network of sorts an individual could do this through the internet, locating people with similar interests, or through connecting with people through
