as one who manages resources, be they human or otherwise. Websters English Dictionary defines a manager as "person who conducts business or household affairs with economy and frugality; a good
economist" (Dictionary.com). There is a need for sills of management, but no mention of any required need to lead. Comparison of Leadership and Management In the past a leader
