successful leader must pay painstaking attention to details and never lose sight of the goal to be reached. In order for this to be accomplished, everything needs to be
functioning properly so that the government, business, or educational institution is operating at peak efficiency. If the leader is not paying attention, everything suffers and the criteria necessary for
successfully attaining the goal cannot be met. To put it into perspective metaphorically, on a corporate assembly line, it is the leader that supplies the power. If the
leader is asleep at the switch, so to speak, all movement ceases and the products will never arrive at their final destination. Without leadership, there is no direction, no
