that he often cultivates cases upon visiting local homeless shelters where clients stand in line sometimes for hours waiting to tell him their respective legal problems. After spending from
several minutes up to an hour with each person, he collects his newly-created files and heads back to the office to make initial calls for each one. Sometimes a
case is resolve in a matter of a single call or filing of petition, particularly those where it involves a simple matter of divorce or re-establishing denied food stamps.
The weight of legal counsel can certainly carry with it great influence where the homeless are concerned; people are often surprised to receive his call on behalf of the homeless
and realize it is easier to comply than to dispute the matter any further. Just this month alone, he was able to reinstate cancelled food stamps for fifteen people,
