leadership style that was just referred to is not only no longer acceptable, it simply has no place in an organization that must remain flexible and adaptable to environments of
frequent and consistent change. In light of this, many different "styles" and theories of leadership have emerged, with the idea that an
organization is only as strong as its leadership, because it is the leaders that direct the employees. Notice we dont say "rule" the employees here, because this is not the
case. Rather, the employees are directed, by the leader, to fulfill the organizations goals. As a result, there have been many tests
and methods by which to determine "appropriate" leaders, with leaders needing everything from a strong value system, to balanced emotional intelligence, to views of power, and so on.
In this paper, well examine the leadership attributes of Joe, who underwent a series of self-assessment leadership tests, and who had scores calculated on
each section. Well analyze each of the scores and provide an explanation as to what this says about Joe. Well then offer a review of the pertinent literature in this
particular field, then combine the two to discuss the findings of both research and assessment. The following provides information, based on various
