differences in operations issues between the two entity forms. Key Operations The leading "key" at either the nonprofit or the public-sector organization is
that it provide the service it exists to provide. Another is that it be fiscally responsible in providing that service. Both must be accountable in financial reporting.
Both need to recruit, select and retain the best employees they can attract. Both must maintain physical facilities and communications systems, and both must maintain some form of contact
