Kudler in response to a need she perceived in the marketplace, the three stores have done very well. But reorganization is a constant activity within the organization - in 1998,
Kathy Kudler opened her first store in LaJolla. Based on the success of that initial endeavor, she opened the second one in Del Mar, followed by Encino. Kudler and her
staff are on the lookout for more sites for more stores. Expansions, by their very nature, require reorganizations. Expansions require more resources, more
time and more effort to ensure they succeed. This is why Kudler Fine Foods has undergone constant reorganization since its inception; in addition to selling gourmet foods, the organization has
opened the number of stores to sell its product as well. Though Kudler and her staff are dedicating a great deal of effort
toward finding the right product and the right market to which that product can be sold, there is less effort dedicated to determining the role of public relations and public
