Edsel has been with Bendt Tool for most of his adult working life and has attained a position of responsibility in the company. He is known
for his ability to navigate negotiations with outside groups that have the power to affect Bendt Tools operations, but there is no information as to how effective or favorable for
Bendt Edsels contributions have been. Choosing Edsel to participate on the team was based in large part on the assumption arising from the statement that Edsel "can work with
anybody, and negotiates union contracts with ease." While this appears to be a positive statement, there is no specific information provided that gives an indication of the success of
Edsels people skills, either for the people involved or for the company. Alternative Assumption Though the statement on which the previous assumption was
