Museum London and the MMB Collective. It is curated, at the Southern Alberta Art Gallery, by Kim Moodie and David Merritt. It is an exhibit whose focus is on drawings,
but they are not drawings as most people would envision them to be. When people envision drawings they essentially think about pictures drawn on paper, perhaps in pencil. But, in
this particular exhibit there are many ways in which drawing is represented, ensuring that the viewers of the exhibit will surely see drawing very differently after viewing the art. The
following paper analyzes this particular exhibit. Just My Imagination: Southern Alberta Art Gallery One author notes that, "The focus of Just
My Imagination Project is a major exhibition of contemporary Canadian drawing" (UWO [2], 2007). It involves 14 artists from various areas "whose work is representative of a dynamic range of
approaches characteristic of the most robust drawing today" (UWO [2], 2007). Each of the individuals who play an important role in the presentation of this exhibit are individuals who are
highly regarded in the field of art, artists themselves in the field of drawing (UWO [2], 2007). For example, Merritt Merritt has long worked in the field of drawing
and installation and in this particular exhibit he is able to exploit non-traditional and traditional aspects of the art form (UWO [1], 2007). Because they shared a common interest in
this particular type of art they were naturally drawn to this subject matter, aiming to clearly present a very different image of drawing that most people do not necessarily associate
