In an article by Time Magazine, the events that took place during Gacys stint in killing are noted (Chua-Eoan, 2007). It tells about his troubled youth when he was charged with a sexual offenses as well as how he grew up to become a seemingly fine citizen (Chua-Eoan, 2007).
