Job Statement The role of a crew member is one that is flexible. The purpose of the company is to sell fast food items to the general public from the restaurant facilities. The role is to carry out the operational function of transforming the raw ingredients into the finished product and delivering the experience and service promised by the marketing. In reality this means food preparation and delivery, cleaning, quality control, taking money and ensuring that the environment in which the food is eaten is as expected, clean and comfortable.
