that she is a nice person. The following paper examines how the media portrays Jennifer Aniston. Jennifer Aniston As mentioned, Jennifer Aniston is generally presented by the media as
a nice woman. She is never seen as a negative person in the media and this is perhaps because she accepts her fame without taking advantage of it and without
being angry at the constant attention. As one author notes, she once said, of the paparazi, "They are people, after all, so I just talk to them. I pose for
a photo and then ask them to eave me alone. It works 80% of the time" (Celebrity Wonder, 2004). However, there is another rumor which indicates that she, along
with Halle Berry and Meg Ryan, were "caught in the midst of a scandal involving a policeman, Kelly Chrisman, accused of selling their secrets to tabloids - A Los Angeles
police officer has allegedly been using the department computers to look up confidential information on an array of celebrities and then selling it to newspapers" (Celebrity Wonder, 2004). Much of
the media attention on Jennifer Aniston is focused on her role as Rachel in the television show Friends, and her relationship with the famous Brad Pitt. Most of what we
hear tells us that she and Brad want children but both are very busy, with perhaps Brad wanting children more. We are told that she is a woman who was,
