organizations internal trends would be good enough to find the right employee. But in more recent decades, organizations have had to take into account external factors and concerns that might
impact finding the right person for the right job. In this paper, well examine some of those factors and discuss how they have ended up creating some problems for organizations
anxious to hire new individuals. By understanding the external environment when it comes to recruiting, organizations and their recruitment staff can avoid a lot of problems down the road.
