clearly divided in relationship to ethnic communities, and some cities are clearly more prejudiced or tense than others, the truth is that all cities, no matter how big or small,
have some racial or ethnic issues. In Denver, Colorado many may argue that the racial issues are not serious and that it is a very diverse city. But, others, with
personal experiences, may well argue a very different way, citing personal situations where they have been discriminated against because of their race or ethnicity. With that in mind, the following
paper examines racial and ethnic conditions and issues in Denver, Colorado. Issues of Race and Ethnicity in Denver, Colorado It should be understood that his paper is based
on information that is available concerning Denver and this writer/researcher does not have any direct experience with living in Denver and thus having personal stories or interactions concerning race. As
such this paper is clearly offered as a tutorial foundation for the student in their examination of the city they live in. It is also not done in first person
narrative style for the same reason, that being this researcher/writer does not have the personal experience. The student should be able to take the information provided and work it into
their own observations and experiences. In looking at the city of Denver it appears as though the majority of the population is white, although there also appears to be
