and people wonder whether or not this organization that is supposed to do grand things has been truly cognizant of all the problems that the world faces. In essence, with
an organization such as the WHO, should the citizens of the world expect a better outcome? When all is said and done, one has to wonder whether or not the
World Health Organization is doing its job. What is the job of the World Health Organization anyway? The WHO is supposed to both inform the public of outbreaks and problems,
and also to try to prevent detrimental health events. For example, if flu is in the air, the WHO is supposed to not only warn people about what is going
on, but to fix it. The flu does have a vaccine so many people can prevent it, despite the fact that the vaccine is not always successful. Other diseases are
attached to very helpful immunizations. Yet, there are vaccines that are offered free of charge in the United States by local governments around the nation, but these vaccines have not
reached third world countries. The responsibility for that falls on the shoulders of the World Health Organization. At least, the WHO is blamed when there are epidemics, but of course,
the World Health Organization does have some limitations. Illness is a fact of life and it is unreasonable for anyone to expect the World Health Organization to prevent every outbreak
and cure every disease in the world. It cannot successfully regulate safety either. It tries, but it would be impossible to assure that the world is completely safe. It is
