very good at what they do. They follow the lesson plan but they simply do not have that special something all good teachers possess. That "something" is not easily defined.
Some teachers have a knack for teaching while others do not. This leads one to a very important question: What is teaching? Some claim it is a skill but to
others, it is more of an art or science. Within the latter camp is a debate: Is teaching an art or a science? A student claims that "teaching as an
art means defining the creative aspects of instruction and learning and teaching as a science relates to the development of strategies in teaching and learning to address problem solving skills.
Also, the science part of education may address the technological advances in schools and how they assist learners in developing new knowledge and skills." Clearly, one may define teaching as
