also how to treat the prevalent condition. While the debates rage on, many do say that stress is psychological or that it is all in the mind. One source
notes that anything that causes a change in ones life will also cause stress ("The Medical" PG). It does not matter if it is a positive or negative change as
all changes are considered stressful (PG). In other words, while everyone knows that getting fired or losing a parent can be stressful, few equate getting married or having a baby
with stress as the latter two events are good things. While that is the case, imagined change is also stressful (PG). Some might call the imagined change worry (PG).
It is stressful when one imagines that a loved one has been in a car accident if they are a few minutes late getting home or that ones home has
been burglarized as they realize they forgot to set the alarm. Imagined changes are just as stressful as actual changes (PG). Thus, to an extent, stress is all in the
mind. There is a type of stress called emotional stress where arguments or disagreements in ones personal life cause stress (PG). Clearly, people who have a calm outlook on life,
and can cope with the problems of their daily lives without fretting, will be less prone to experienced symptoms of stress. In fact, there have been studies that suggest some
