Plato believed human beings are the very source of thought, the eternal connection to the divine intelligence that is inside, in front of and behind all form.
Mans willingness to say yes, to be positive, unafraid to take the next step, to go with internal intuition is all part and parcel of what God has created within
the scope of nature, bestowing the power to co-create with that divine intelligence as a universal essence. According to Plato, man looks upon his world as a direct reflection
of him, his values, beliefs, experiences, conditions and development; as such, mans consciousness, awareness and understanding are what dictate perception as a human being. At odds with this, however,
is the notion of Stevenson et al (2004) that declares man can no more serve the Universe than he can himself, being that he has yet to prove his capacity
for helping his own people while in a constant upward glance toward the heavens. III. THE NATURE OF HUMANITY The most important
characteristics of Platos concept of human nature revolve around freedom of will and ones existence. People have the power to control their own destinies by way of reconciling the
