costs. This may also be seen as required due to the security requirements. Windows has more security issues that may of the Unix or Linux based networking system (M2 Pressswire,
2004). The aim of this s to reduce licensing costs and also increase ease of use and flexibility. The system will need to support the window operating system and alternate
operating systems on the computers in the network. The system will also need to included the usual software such as anti-viral software. Networking should be based on a local
area network or a wide area network and a wireless rather than a wired structure. This is due not only to the cost issues, but also the requirement for flexibility
