In order to prepare a report on the Re Creation Medical Centre the firm itself needs to be assessed along with the aims and objectives. Data needs to be collected for different sources allowing the firm and its internal aspects to be considered in terms of the external environment and identify potential areas that need improvement. Re Creation medical centre is a medical practice located in Armadale, Victoria, providing general practice services, served by four doctors as well as the support staff and four medical students. The centre is open 7 days a week, with more limited hours at the weekend and in additional to the General Patrice services there are complementary service including psychology and counselling services, a Replenish anti aging clinic to provide some cosmetic services, the Re Creation Massage group offering massage and acupuncture, the services of a clinical dietician including sports diet services, exercise physiology, optometry and podiatry services (Re Creation, 2009). The centre has the facilities to undertake minor surgical procedures, such as the removal of moles and cysts (Re Creation, 2009). The main aims and objectives of the organization are to provide good service to their patients and to retain those patients. There are no plans to increase the patient base and there are insufficient funds to hire any more staff.
