been with the Swansea office for more than five years will have the right to an additional two days of holiday compared to the Northampton office full time staff where
there is an annual entitlement to 22 days and the employees which are at Swansea who have not yet served five years. This system has developed over the years but
it is time to change so there is a single system. This situation will change from immediate effect, the long serving Swansea
staff will keep their annual holiday entitlement of 23 days a year and the remaining full time staff at Northampton and Swansea will have their own entitlement increased to the
