area yet, but need gas money? The employment office/job service often has "day labor." You will need to apply for that in some towns - you will
need a contact phone number. In other towns you show up at the job service office before 8am, and wait until it opens, with sturdy shoes and gloves.
Simple jobs - moving boxes to someones basement, stacking firewood, cleaning out a garage will be given out to the first people at the job service door in the morning.
The person who hires you will pay you at the end of the day. Before you begin "day labor" make sure someone in the job service office has
