accessed provides a documented publishes by the American Psychological Association (APA) in 2002, A Reference for Professionals, Developing Adolescents. The section on adolescent cognitive development indicates that changes to how
teens think and reason and what they are capable of understanding are even more dramatic than changes in their physical development. It describes these changes and gives an overall view
of adolescent behavior as these changes occur. An information box, highlighted in yellow, specifies and describes the various idiosyncratic behaviors that are typically considered normal for teens, such as the
