and Privacy disclaimer statement reads, 4. We reserve the right to drop any listing, at our sole discretion, without refund, that links to any site that is deemed pornographic
or hurtful to any person or nationality. We reserve the right to notify the proper legal authorities in such cases. We also reserve the right to drop any listing, at
our sole discretion, without refund, that is proven false or misleading. (Terms and Privacy, 2002). The statement is concise, to the point, and
leaves determination as to the suitability of any site or its content solely to the owners of AdSource.com. The "We reserve the right to drop any listing" statement likely
would be enough alone to protect the site, but AdSource goes further. It heads off any complaints about financial arrangements by clearly stating that any site eliminated will not
receive a refund for any portion of time it was unable to be presented to visitors to AdSource. The company further states that content does not need to be
"only" pornographic to risk being pulled by AdSource, but that any objectionable content likely will not be allowed to remain on AdSource. Further,
