to be successful. As international cooperation in all types of projects continues to grow in both frequency and importance, the expense and frustration of not properly planning for employee
concerns and inter-cultural problems continue to be of ever-increasing importance. Just as careful attention to the structure and organization of the managerial role is of paramount importance in assuring eventual
success, attention must also be paid to the many human factors involved. Communication Structure of Big Bank The case study immediately establishes the fact that Gerald Carson is a "company
man" who has been willing to accept numerous assignments that would advance his career and position with Big Bank. The fact that he has been willing to move his family
