to look at the skills that are already held within the firm and look at the skills which are needed. The training will need to bridge the gap. The first
part f this paper will undertake the job analysis, then, with the identification of the gap the paper can move on to outline a planning system, to implement the training,
The last part of the paper will identify the team members that will be used to deliver the training. 2. Job Analysis The current skills are well established and
are in line with the existing operations. InterClean have an established sales tram, with a high degree of sales skills. They are self motivating and responsible for achieving their own
targets. The focus of the sales team job is presenting and then closing sales. The EnvroTech team have different skills, there has been a more customer orientated approach, where skills
in addition to selling have been developed, including a higher level of customer service provision, which sill include more communication skills and after sales service skills. From this there
are complimentary skills for both sales teams, but there are also areas where are weak, or will needs to be retrained in order to ensure that the new strategy can
be implemented successfully. The change to the sales system is that the sales team will no longer be selling products; they will be selling cleaning solutions and will need
