you had red hair. Your parents claimed that anyone with red hair must ride in the back. You were an aberration, that red haired gene no one ever seems to
know how surfaces had been integral to your production. Thus, you arrived into the world with red hair and freckles. You didnt look like the rest of your family. Even
so, you wanted to be treated the same and you wanted to sit in the front seat occasionally just like everyone else. No one, after reading the above analogy, could
say that the red headed boy deserved to ride in the back seat just because his parents made the rule. Arguably, parents are entitled to make rules but that doesnt
make things fair. Similarly, black people could not ride in the front of public busses before the 1960s and the rise of the civil rights movement. This paper will focus
on the very important Brown vs. the Board of Education decision as a cog in the civil rights machine. While it played a part in a larger movement, the decision
stands on its own as an important court case in American history as well as a relevant decision in the realm of education. Brown vs. Board of Education was a
landmark case, a case almost everyone has heard of, which purportedly ended discrimination in the school systems all throughout the nation. Slowly but surely a reversal of Brown has been
